Welcome to Sultana Caravan, where we provide you with the best solutions in the world of caravans. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before completing any purchase or rental process, as your acceptance of them is a basic condition for benefiting from our services.

🔹 First: Conditions for selling and supplying caravans

1️⃣ Order and Payment
✔ The order is confirmed after paying 50% of the total value in advance upon agreement.
✔ The rest of the amount is paid upon delivery or according to the prior agreement.
✔ We accept payment via bank transfer, cash payment, or available installment options.

2️⃣ Manufacturing and Delivery
✔ The manufacturing and delivery period varies depending on the type of caravan and the required modifications.
✔ The customer is notified of the specific delivery date upon completion of the order.
✔ The customer has the right to follow the progress of the work and request updates on the condition of the caravan.

3️⃣ Shipping and Delivery
✔ The company provides shipping services inside and outside Turkey, and the transportation cost is determined according to the location.
✔ The customer bears customs and tax fees (if any) in the event of international shipping.
✔ The customer must ensure that the caravan is received in good condition and sign for receipt.

4️⃣ Return and Exchange Policy
✔ Caravans cannot be returned after manufacturing and delivery, except in cases where there are proven manufacturing defects.
✔ In the event of a problem, the customer has the right to request maintenance or replacement according to the evaluation of the technical support team.

🔹 Second: Conditions for renting caravans

1️⃣ Rental period and terms of use
✔ Caravans can be rented for short or long term according to the agreement.
✔ The tenant is obligated to use the caravan in line with its intended purpose and not to modify it without prior permission.
✔ The caravan is not permitted to be used for illegal activities or in violation of local regulations.

2️⃣ Insurance and Liability
✔ The tenant is responsible for any damage or harm to the caravan during the rental period.
✔ The tenant must ensure that the caravan is returned in its original condition.
✔ The company provides the option of caravan insurance to cover possible damages (optional).

3️⃣ Payment and Deposit
✔ The insurance amount (determined according to the type of caravan) is paid before receipt, and is refunded after verifying the condition of the caravan upon return.
✔ The rental cost is paid in advance or according to the agreement.

4️⃣ Cancellation and Amendments
✔ The tenant has the right to cancel the reservation at least 48 hours before the receipt date with a refund of 80% of the amount paid.
✔ Any cancellation after this period will result in a 30% deduction from the amount paid.
✔ The rental period can be modified after consulting the company and ensuring the availability of the caravan.

✔ The company reserves the right to amend prices, terms, and policies as needed.
✔ All sales and rentals are carried out in accordance with the laws in force in Turkey.
